Daniel J. Pineau
Co-Founder & Principal

Tim once dreamed of running his own online publication and first began designing and coding websites from a young age. He developed a passion for building websites and began taking on clients while still in college.

Tim oversees the creative direction at James Consulting as well as business development.

He’s a dog person.

Philip S. Panarese
Co-Founder & Principal

Phil brings 37 years experience in the health and insurance industries. He began his carrer as a sales representative for a wholesale drug distributor before completeing a three year agent training program at New York Life. 


Phil's expertise in group insurance began with Royal Financial Services as an Account Executive. For ten years, Phil advised brokers, consultants and employers regarding Royal Financial's portfolio of group life, short and long term disability products and services. During this period of time, Phil met Daniel J. Pineau and they worked jointly with many different employers and groups.  


​Before co-founding eBenefits USA, Phil formed the Employee Benefit ResourCenter in 1996. He works with small and large group employers provding his knowledge and advice regarding many different types of group insurance products and services.
